The York Consulting Team, Inc. is a full service provider of 360° Feedback interventions. We can manage your entire 360° Feedback program, partner with internal resources to support current processes, train internal resources to be self-sufficient, supplement your efforts with surveys and reports, and/or assist you in planning for cascading involvement of multiple layers of management. We utilize our own web-based interaction tool to efficiently distribute and receive 360° Feedback surveys.
We believe that a 360° Feedback program will be most successful when you build a solid foundation with long term commitment. We position our clients as the primary change agents, collaborating to develop strategies, coaching you for success, and recommending interventions that leverage existing organizational strengths and processes.
We believe most client work requires some degree of customization to achieve maximum results, so while we have many ‘tried and true’ surveys, tools, and meeting designs, we will always adapt them to meet your needs.
