Andrea T. Goeglein, Ph.D.
Andrea Goeglein’s work with visionary companies integrates the process of continual learning with personal growth and organizational profitability. She has created a specialized consulting practice focused on executive and organization development.
Her work involves companies and industries committed to improving service to consumers. Andrea’s 20 years of experience as a hands-on chief executive, an external consultant to executives, and a non-profit board member provides an understanding of business from many perspectives. Her clients have been as diverse as her experience, with businesses representing: automotive retailing, banking, high technology, telecommunications, large and small healthcare organizations, restaurants, and the resort/hotel and casino industries.
Andrea earned a doctorate and masters in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology; a masters degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco; and a bachelors degree in Managerial Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
