Bob has over twenty years experience in organization and business consulting in a variety of industries, including chemicals, manufacturing, oil and gas and power generation. He has extensive experience in both domestic and global companies, including Texaco, Inc., Combustion Engineering (Asea Brown Boveri), Pacific Gas & Electric, Olin Corporation, Rockwell International, Kal Kan, Eaton Corporation and Mission Energy. Bob provides consulting on strategy development and implementation, business analysis and planning, brand management, labor-management cooperation, organization effectiveness, benchmarking, executive coaching and development, human resource systems development, high performance organizations, team development, customer service, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He works with in-tact work units as well as entire organizations.
Bob received his M.A. in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the Strategic Leadership Forum, Strategic Planning Society, Human Resource Planning Society, Organization Development Network and the Institute for Management Consultants.
