Interventions

  • Transition Workshop: Small group workshops to help 'downsizing and restructuring', 'survivors' regain energy, focus, and commitment to both themselves and their organization. Sessions focus on acknowledging the past, building skills to manage the present, and developing a motivating vision for the future. These workshops have been helpful for those who remain after corporate downsizing or restructuring, by encouraging them to process feelings of guilt and betrayal for their comrades and to rebuild trust with their employer.
  • Large Scale Conferences: Multiple teams come together to align around a common vision, share best practices, build skills, celebrate success, and coordinate action plans.
  • Organization Assessment and Diagnosis: Questionnaires, focus groups and interviews to identify key leverage points for change and recommendations for continuous improvements.
