Susan is an Organization Development consultant with Pacific Bell specializing in the area of 360 Degree Feedback and employee satisfaction initiatives. Susan has over four years experience working in the telecommunications environment working to assist in the facilitation and acceleration of organizational change efforts. She has designed and implemented team based interventions and workshops to assist organizations in meeting their business objectives.

Susan is a current member of the Bay Area Organization Development Network and The Bay Area Association of Psychological Type. She holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California.
