The essence of our work is to assist our clients in identifying and focusing on gaps(discrepancies) between where they are now and where they want to be in the future.
In order to do this:

    We develop a contract with our clients, outlining the work to be done, role expectations, desired outcomes and measures of success.
    We remain sensitive to client cost parameters and confidentiality in all of our work.
    We position our clients as the primary change agents, collaborating with them to develop strategies, coaching them for success and recommending interventions which leverage existing organizational strengths.
    We model the principles, concepts and techniques that we attempt to pass on to others (teaming, continuous learning and improvement, speaking honestly and engaging in our own 360 feedback).
    We help to surface issues which may be "undiscussable;" identifying themes and trends which impact the business success; and helping our clients to learn by building on their successes and failures.
