Group facilitation through meeting design, group process facilitation, and recording the essence of key discussions, to resolve conflict during difficult conversations, promote effective decision making and to create action plans to follow-through on commitments.
- Coaching to provide practical suggestions and options for clients to consider; provide difficult feedback in ways that validate strengths, appreciate the person and acknowledge the consequences of behaviors; design and participate in dialogue to encourage clients to build on what they already know, understand and challenge their own underlying assumptions, look at situations from differing perspectives, and explore a variety of options.
-
Design and provide practical models and tools to help clients understand situation dynamics and build new skills, competencies and capabilities. A quick sketch can easily describe a model of cause and effect showing different ways to understand something from a fresh perspective. Tools provide step by step instructions to try out new behaviors.

Design surveys and interview questions to gather important feedback for organization, team and individual development. Conduct in depth interviews to understand what is working and not working from the perspectives of all key participants either for a team, an individual (leader, manager, peer, etc.) or an organization. Analysis and synthesis of multiple perspectives into overall themes that describe the true essence of what is working and not working today. Share key themes with leadership and participants, and facilitate discussions to understand, align and develop action plans.
-
Conflict resolution skills to bring disparate parties together to build common ground and work through difficult differences in perspectives between individuals, work units or departments, or within teams. Assist participants in understanding their own strengths and opportunity areas, identifying underlying assumptions they are operating with, and identifying the strengths and opportunity areas they experience in opposing parties. Using juxtaposition, assist participants in understanding how the other party likely views their strengths and opportunity areas.
-
