Action Learning



Action Learning is a powerful intervention for building leadership capability by providing a facilitated learning lab to develop high potential leadership talent. Action Learning teams work with real and current organizational issues, while building leadership skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, cost-benefit analysis, change management, team building and decision making.
   
A York Consulting Team coach partners with each Action Learning team, designing and facilitating meetings to move the work through the phases of problem definition, background exploration, goals and objectives, potential solutions, associated pros and cons, and recommendations. Coaches provide tips, models, and tools to assist teams in their work, and coach them through conflicts, stakeholder management and obstacles.
