![]() Executive Coaching PracticeExecutive Coaching provides a safe, confidential opportunity to learn and grow professionally. The coach serves as a business partner, not an employee, friend or boss. Our primary focus is to help our clients to be successful. We provide objective feedback based on our own observations and feedback obtained from others. During the coaching sessions we work on collaborative problem solving and help to think through ideas, as well as providing models and tools to assist with implementation. The coaching process begins with an initial session designed to look at career history and to establish short and long term goals. During the preliminary intake session we jointly identify performance and coaching objectives. If the Executive is interested in obtaining 360-degree feedback, we will ask for us a list of people to speak with or to send a survey to obtain feedback. We can do brief phone interviews with each individual, or collect data via e-mail, and share collective themes as we begin the coaching process. We generally will meet with the client every two to four weeks and can provide telephone/ email support in between meetings. In addition, we often attend/facilitate meetings to make observations, provide assistance and coaching. All individual work we do, as well as feedback obtained from others, is always kept in strictest confidence.
