Craig is a partner in McMullen/Davis Associates who collaborates with the York Consulting Team to provide expanded senior management consulting services in the areas of Strategic & Business Planning, Executive Coaching, Corporate Presentations and designing and implementing business solutions for companies to achieve their corporate objectives.

Craig brings over 28 years of senior management experience from the health care industry, where he has both significant experience in leading and managing stable business as well as startup, growth and turnaround situations. The breadth of this management experience enables him to help other executives with strategic business planning and organizational change initiatives, understanding the complex needs in building and growing an organization.

At American Hospital Supply Corporation and later at Baxter Travenol Laboratories, Craig was responsible for the sales and marketing activities of four divisions in different medical market places. Craig moved to California in 1994 and as President and Chief Executive Officer, he planned and directed the successful Initial Public Stock Offering for two biotechnology companies, Hana Biologics, Inc., in 1986 and Matrix Pharmaceutical, Inc. in 1992. During his tenure as C.E.O., he has raised over $275MM in investment capital utilizing a multitude of financing techniques. Craig has demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate with Wall Street and the management skills to understand the needs of the various business functions and how to integrate them to bring a product concept from R&D into the clinic, through the regulatory process and onto the marketplace.

Craig is a graduate of Western Illinois University and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the California Industrial Biotechnology Association. His professional focus is as a problem solver, communicator, organizer, implementor and strategic planner.
