Approach

We partner with clients who want to promote change at all levels in the organization beginning with a new vision for the future state. We offer opportunities for re-structuring, change management design, communication roll-out plans, strategies for where to start and how to build the motivation, skill and ability to enable people at all levels to move forward.  We provide coaching, training and tools for facilitating change.

Interventions

Large Scale Conferences:
Multiple teams come together to align around a common vision, share best practices, build skills, celebrate successes, eliminate non-essential work and coordinate action plans.

Organizational Assessment, Diagnosis and Recommendations: Surveys, focus groups and interviews identify key leverage points for organizational culture change and recommendations for re-structure, work design, process improvement, management development, team building and team training.

Employee/Customer Opinion Surveys: Healthy organizations periodically check-in with their constituents to do a 'pulse check' on how things are going from the employee or customer point of view.  A comprehensive climate survey is customized to address questions important to your organization such as:

Results are tabulated to identify current organizational strengths and high leverage opportunities for improvement.  Data is composite by division, work groups, levels, and overall company results.

Mergers and Acquisitions: During times of downsizing, right sizing and budget cuts, departments within large organizations are often merged to save costs.  This process can result in chaos with work processes, individual roles and responsibilities, and accountabilities. We provide consulting support in redesigning individual work, process improvements and structural functioning through an in-depth assessment of the merging organizational cultures to identify significant similarities and differences.  We then create recommendations to support a successful integration of values, people and priorities.
