Approach
We work 1:1 with managers over a defined period of time, beginning with goals and a development plan. During our sessions, we discuss current work challenges, goals and issues. Our focus is always on the real work managers need to do. We provide practical coaching and feedback, tips, models and tools, directed learning experiences and suggested follow-up activities in the following areas:
