Goal: Decrease cycle time, eliminate unnecessary steps, and improve efficiencies and work quality

Approach:
We partner with our clients to identify significant opportunities to re-design existing work processes that may take too long, involve lots of back and forth re-work between participating work units, breakdown with predictable crunch points during repetitive cycles, fail to fully meet customer expectations and/or role confusion/lack of accountability among participants.
We work along side the current cross-functional participants to capture the current process, identify breaking points and explore opportunities for improvements in role clarification, re-alignment of process steps, re-sorting who does what by when, and the use of technology to improve workflow.
